Exchanges and Returns

To make a return, contact Annie and explain the reason for your return. We will issue a prompt exchange, refund or credit as you indicate upon return of the merchandise. All returns must be made within 30 days in its original condition. Broken or chipped pieces may not be returned. We do not refund shipping charges, however no shipping is charged on replacement orders. We suggest insuring all packages.

Sale Pages.

All the sale items are priced to sell and are limited to quanities on hand. All orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis. It is best to place your order by phone using a credit card so we can confirm availability. Whenever possible, choosing alternate colors or designs will help us fill your order completely.
We accept returns of sale items for exchanges and in house credit only. No refund will be given to returned sale merchandise.,/br>
